Wenatchee: Rent-To-Own or Lease Purchase

Rent to own, Lease Purchase, Lease to own in Wenatchee
As a result of the current chaos in the lending industry, I am getting a lot of inquiries for rent-to-own homes that might be available in the Wenatchee area.

As everyone who hasn't been living in a cave knows, financing is very difficult right now for anyone who doesn't have a large down payment AND excellent credit.  I am one of the few (if not only agent) in the area who has actual experience with, and am willing to do, lease/purchase contracts.  These are commonly called rent to own, lease to own or lease purchase contracts.

We have a huge demand for housing but, unfortunately, there are many people who can't secure financng at this time.   There are many reasons why people can't get financing but may still be excellent candidates to buy a home.

If you know of someone interested in finding a rent-to-own home in Wenatchee, have them give me a call.  The primary criteria to enter the program is that they need to have adequate verifiable income and be on track to finance the home within one to two years.

I will need to know what their gross monthly income is, and their desired monthly housing budget.  With the price of homes in Wenatchee now, candidates for this program  should be able to commit at least $1,000 to a monthly payment.

Not always, but in most cases, I can negotiate a monthly credit back toward the downpayment when the home is financed and title transferred.

If you have questions, please contact me.
